SURVEYS
Richard produces quality survey reports on residential properties. He has particular experience in assessment of historic buildings, including timber framed houses and barn conversions. As well as fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he also holds an RICS Diploma in Building Conservation.
Richard has submitted reports on many period properties, including Heveningham Hall Halesworth, The Royal Chelsea Hospital, and a variety of Grade II* and Grade I listed buildings in and around East Anglia.
He also provides Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Reports for a wide variety of properties.
